What is a Circle? One private place for the people in your life
A Circle is the small group of people who help each other with everyday life. Here is how Pearl keeps everyone on the same page, with the Core Member always in charge.

Most of us already have a Circle. We just don’t call it that. It’s the sister who handles the bills, the neighbour who grabs the mail, the friend who drives on Tuesdays and the hairdresser who has been coming to the house for years.
The trouble is that a Circle usually runs on group texts, sticky notes and memory. One person ends up holding all of it in their head, and everyone else is a step behind. We built Pearl so nobody has to carry it alone.
Who’s in a Circle
- The Core Member. The person at the centre. It’s their life, so they decide who’s in, what’s shared and how things get done.
- Family and friends. The people who show up, whether they live down the street or three time zones away.
- Trusted Providers. The local businesses and pros your Circle relies on, like a dog walker, a meal delivery service, a cleaner or a mobile hair salon.
What a Circle does
A Circle in Pearl is one private place to plan visits, share what’s coming up, ask for a hand and see who’s doing what. When someone books the snow clearing, everyone can see it’s handled. When plans change, the right people hear about it once, instead of five times in five different apps.
What a Circle is not
Pearl is not a care app, and a Circle is not a way to watch over someone. It’s a way to live life together, on the Core Member’s terms. They choose who’s in their Circle and what each person can see.
Starting your own
You can start a Circle for yourself or with someone you love. It’s free to get started and only takes a few minutes. Invite one or two people to begin. Most Circles grow on their own once the first plan is shared.
