Is everything in place for Mom?
The things families wish they’d sorted before they needed them. Tick what’s done, see what’s missing, then turn the gaps into one plan the whole family shares, with Mom in charge.
A checklist tells you what’s missing. Pearl gets it done.
In Mom’s private Circle, every gap becomes a job someone has said yes to. Mom leads it, and family and friends join with the access Mom gives them.
- Hand each gap to someoneSiblings, friends and neighbours say yes to the jobs that suit them.
- One shared calendar with remindersRides, visits and renewals, so nothing slips.
- Mom decides who sees whatPrivate by default. Nobody is invited until you say so.
- A daily check-inA quick “I’m good today” that reaches everyone at once.
Some things start with a conversation
Everyday jobs can just get sorted. Bigger moments go better when Mom leads them. Each guide has an example plan and questions to talk through together.

Is this checklist free?
Yes. Use it as often as you like. When you’re ready to act on it, starting a Circle in Pearl is free too.
Is anything I tick sent anywhere?
No. Your ticks stay in this browser so you can come back to them. Nothing is shared and nobody is contacted.
Do we need to talk to Mom before starting?
Not for the everyday items. Groceries, rides and who has a spare key are just part of living, so sort them together as they come up. For bigger things, like a move or changes at home, start with Mom. Our life moment guides help you open the conversation.
Does Mom have to use an app?
Only if Mom wants to. Pearl has a simple view with big buttons, and family can help set it up. Mom is the Core Member and decides who’s in the Circle and what they see.
What if we’re not ready for an app yet?
That’s fine. Keep coming back to the checklist, try the Circle builder to list everyone Mom counts on, or talk to a navigator for free.
