For retirement communities

Keep families close, from the first tour to every day after.

Moving in is a family decision, and the family stays involved long after move-in day. Each resident keeps their own private Circle for family, friends and Trusted Providers, so families see what’s on, plan visits and feel part of life at your residence. The resident decides who sees what.

How it works

One Circle for every stage of the move

The Circle starts before move-in and keeps going after, so families stay organized and close, and the resident stays in charge.

STEP 1

The tour

The family's Circle starts here, with the visit, the questions and the waitlist in one place.

STEP 2

A trial stay

Your events go on the family calendar, and the Circle looks after home while the resident tries it out.

Visits that line up

Family and friends coordinate visits in one place, so the resident has company on the nights that matter.

For your residence

A calmer way to stay close

Each resident's Circle belongs to them and moves with them. It works alongside the tools your team already uses.

Families ready before move-in

Waitlist families get organized early, so move-in week runs smoothly for everyone.

Short stays with less worry

During a trial stay, home is looked after and families see what life at your residence is like.

Fewer "how's Mom?" calls

Families see events and check-ins themselves, so your team can spend its time with residents.

Privacy built in

The resident decides who sees what. Pearl is PHIPA compliant, and it's a family space, not a medical record.

Tip from our team
Start with families on your waitlist. A Circle set up before move-in makes the first week easier for everyone.

Does it replace our engagement software?

No. Pearl works alongside the tools you already use. It's the family's space, and each resident's Circle belongs to them.

Who owns the Circle?

The resident does. Their Circle comes with them on move-in day and stays with them, and they decide who sees what.

Can our teams join?

Yes. Dining, wellness and activities teams can join a resident's Circle as Trusted Providers and see only the steps they're part of.

Is it private?

Yes. The resident decides who sees what, and Pearl is PHIPA compliant. It's a family space, not a medical record.

What does it cost residents?

Pearl is free for the person at the centre. In a pilot, we set up Sponsored Circles so families get everything Pearl offers.

How does a pilot work?

Pick one residence. We set up Sponsored Circles with residents who want one and families on your waitlist, then report back on what matters to you.
